Image Cutout: Internal Server Error

Question

I am getting an internal server error when trying to access the cutout service. I am seeing this behavior both with my custom query, and with the example query that is pre-populated on the page. Is the service down?

Thanks for reaching out. It seems to be working (I tried with the pre-populated one). If you are still seeing an error, could you try to a) log out and back in again, b) if it's still not working, post here or email to datalab@noirlab.edu the exact (copy&paste) content of the coordinates field?
